  Always greeted and treated like a VIP here. The go-to place for watch battery replacements or watch repairs. Beautiful jewelry, too. The most important attribute is how nice everyone is and I've never felt as if I'm an imposition.

  I had a great experience picking out birthstone ear rings even though I came for something different. I do want the staff to know judging someone by if they “look like they have money” is a bad idea. Luckily they have a sweet young brunette that came out from the back willing to help me a few minutes after I arrived. Treat all of your customers with respect no matter what. I was hoping to find ear rings for a higher up ear piercing that I was going to have pierced that day called a rook but they consider it body modification jewelry which they do not carry. Many of the people there had no idea what kind of piercing it is. They have the standard type of ear rings, rings, bracelets, watches and necklesses. The jeweler could order a ear ring to be shipped in but there was literally only one in their catalog from who they buy from so not much of a choice. The girls helping me pick out my husband and daughters birthstones were so helpful and knowledgeable about the gems. It was a great experience after someone actually took the time to speak with me. I would recommend maybe a small turn dial of different types of high quality jewelry for different parts of the body like the belly button and different parts of the ear. Its popular types of piercings that could bring the location more customers that desire high quality jewelry even for “modification” type piercings. All in all I left with two beautiful sets of earrings that i’ve been waiting a very long time to purchase.
